Total Systems Failure

I was reminded recently that I am not indestructible. In the last couple of weeks, I decided to put a lot of extra stuff into the schedule, and I found that I have not only exceeded my limitations, but I think I may have hit some sort of magical limit that causes total systems failure. I just popped over to Hawaii for the weekend to attend my cousin's graduation party. During that time, it amazed me that very little activity caused all sorts of new and exciting pain in places that I didn't even know I had. I'm attributing this to the flu, but maybe it's time to really start slowing down a little. For real, this time... See ya.
