Between The Generation Gap

In my travels, I have seen an interesting gap between the generations created predominantly by technology. The tech generation gap, as noted by several sources has been a notable source for the differences between the generations. The strange part of this is that I fall somewhere between the generations. My young friend James told me that I'm a bridge between the generations. However, that does mean that I really don't fit into either mold. You see, I have the technical knowledge to bestow upon both generations. The younger generation can more readily embrace the technology than the older generation. I just introduced James to the world of VoIP and video conferencing. It was really cool to see him totally integrate the terminology and technology into his life within the span of 24 hours. I don't think that would happen in the older generation. I guess I truly am the anomaly. To some degree, I've been accepted by both generations, and I can identify with both. See ya.
